The Focus Shot was developed for sports with explosive phases of motion and high eye-body coordination: e.g. wakeboarding, snowboarding in parkour, (kick)boxing, tennis, handball, etc. Anywhere where timing and control are crucial.
Recommended Intake: Maximum 2 shots daily.
Focus Shot is a complete food supplement and can be taken daily.
On non-training days: Take one shot after breakfast.
On training days or before demanding situations: Ideally, take one shot approximately 15–20 minutes before an intense performance situation, such as a workout, competition, or any physically or mentally demanding challenge. Take it whenever you need to perform at your best. This timing also allows enough time for your preparation and warm-up.

The formula for the ON.SYNC Focus Shot was developed by the founder and extreme athlete himself and is based on a targeted selection of functional ingredients and micronutrients.
The formula was deliberately adapted to the demands of intense athletic stress situations.
Ingredients
Water, lemon juice concentrate, L-arginine, white grape juice concentrate, L-tyrosine, L-carnitine, citicoline (CDP-choline), magnesium bisglycinate, L-citrulline, mango leaf extract (Stadice® Powder), acidifier: citric acid, natural lemon flavor, zinc bisglycinate, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), selenium, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Nutrients and other substances per 2 shots (100 ml) maximum daily recommended intake:
- L-arginine 4,000 mg
- L-tyrosine 1,500 mg
- L-carnitine 1,000 mg
- L-citrulline 600 mg
- Citicoline (CDP-choline) 500 mg
- Mango leaf extract 466.6 mg, of which mangiferin at least 140 mg
- Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV)
- Pantothenic acid 12 mg (200% NRV)
- Magnesium 120 mg (32% NRV)
- Zinc 10 mg (100% NRV)

Note: We want to create transparency and only provide permitted health claims according to the EU Health Claim Regulation:
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to normal mental performance and normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contrubutes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to electrolyte balance.
- Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
- Selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
For all other ingredients contained in the shot and used in a sports context, there are no permissible health claims under EU law that may be used as effect statements.
