In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee on unopened and unused products.
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to return unopened items to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

If you wish to return items you can either:
- request a return for the selected order in your customer account
- or write to us at info@onsync.shop
If you wish to return products, they must be unopened in their original packaging.
For health protection reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned.
You are welcome to organize the return yourself. If you wish, we can provide you with a DHL return label. Please contact us at info@onsync.shop. In this case, we will charge a return fee of €5.90. We will deduct this amount when refunding your purchase.
